Begin a highly challenging winter trek from Bușteni, taking the 'Jepii Mici' or similar demanding trail towards Cabana Caraiman. This route involves significant elevation gain over difficult, often icy and snow-covered terrain. It offers magnificent, rugged mountain scenery and panoramic views as you ascend towards the Bucegi plateau.
